Dr. Beth Dennard - Introduced educational consulting to Houston’s Bay Area through Bright Futures Consulting in 1999. She brings twenty years of professional experience and a passion for helping young people succeed, which have earned her a reputation for excellence. She worked fifteen years as an admissions liaison officer for the US Air Force Academy and nine years as a private high school guidance counselor. She has visited over 250 colleges. Dr. Dennard simplifies the search, structures the process and finds “best fit” colleges for her students. Her goals are: 100% client satisfaction in college selection supported by on-time and error free application document management.

 

Susan Moyer – is a Houston native, educator, scientist and researcher. She has worked as the assistant to the Director of College Counseling at Clear Lake High School. She has an in-depth grasp of the college and scholarship application process. An experienced substitute teacher and respected community and church volunteer, Susan has raised three successful children. Her children worked with Bright Futures Consulting, which helped them to direct their plans in a satisfying direction. Susan’s excellent people skills and passion for helping young people give her instant rapport with students and families.

Rebecca Day - her 33 years of educational experience began as a teacher and progressing to coordinator and counselor. She has 25 years experience in counseling in the Houston area in large public high schools and a magnet school for the arts. After working abroad in Kuwait, Rebecca returned to Houston to continue her college counseling in a local private international school. Her experience has prepared her to respond effectively to the needs of a diverse and demanding student and parent population. With her focus being on what is in the best interest of the student she is able to help each student realize his/her potential as the student transitions to post secondary education. From this vantage point she successfully works with the students and families, guiding them through the various phases of the college application process step-by-step. Assistance is provided in choosing the right colleges that coincide with student's particular needs, goals, interests, talents and personality while guiding the students as they approach their gateway to higher education. She is committed to following high professional standards that foster ethical and social responsibilities.
